Morgan takes great pride in its apprenticeship programme and takes school leavers into the following areas:

Apprenticeships run for up to 4 years and involve day release to a local college. All other training is ‘on the job’ as the youngsters learn their trade from the crafts men and women around them. The Company is committed to ensuring the apprentices are given every opportunity to receive the training needed in order to become a fully skilled member of the workforce. Social skills are also developed as the youngsters develop relationships with their colleagues, and learn more about the world of work in general.
